NIKKI WOOD, Publisher
During the 1990s, Nikki Wood was the co-owner, publisher, and business manager of Coast Magazine, located in Newport Beach, California. This publication served the communities of coastal Orange County and garnered a reputation for its elegant layouts, rich content, and clean, beautiful covers — a magazine that doubled as a coffee-table book. In 2005, she and her husband, Jim, embarked on another adventure and created Marin Magazine, a lifestyle publication that features the people, places, activities, issues and events in the Marin County region. Spaces magazine originated as a supplement to Marin Magazine and covers the robust architecture, home and landscape design community in the San Francisco, Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties. Wood has been in the publishing business since 1991. In her free time she enjoys golf, travel, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
