Connections serves and catalyzes our community to end homelessness, one person at a time, through prevention, shelter, and housing services.
In the past year, Connections helped 1,500 individuals and families — including nearly 400 children. Based in Evanston, Connections serves more than 45 Chicagoland communities and is the largest agency in northern Cook County dedicated solely to addressing homelessness.
Connections works in partnership with more than 1,300 volunteers annually. Volunteer opportunities for all ages are available year-round. To learn more, visit www.connect2home.org/get-
